I am a native English speaker from the United States. I am in Seville studying Spanish. I have taken many Spanish classes (grammar, art, literature, history) at the university level for my degree. I have worked as an English education volunteer in Mision Urbana in Seville. I would love to be a tutor because I have a passion for languages and cross-cultural communication. I've taken several courses at the university level on cross cultural communication as well. I love studying Spanish and learning to understand it better each day, therefore i love to help others understand English and speak it better. I have lots of experience working with people. I was a residence assistant in the a dormitory in my university in the U.S. In this job i worked with many different types of students. I also worked at a camp in Arizona on the guest services team where I led various outdoor recreational activities for children and adults. I study psychology at the university so I love learning about how language is processed in the brain. Studying both psychology and Spanish has helped me better understand the link between English and Spanish.
